Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In the odd case that you do not love your  GuruJi Deal's products, here is our policy on returns:

1. Products can be returned within 7 days* of receiving only if the packs are sealed and not damaged in any way.
2. GuruJi Deal team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed time.
3. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, the customers are required to E-Mail us a picture & video (on WhatsApp +91-9319481713)of the damaged product with the Packaging and Bill Details to support@gurujideal.in, within 12 hours of receiving your order.
4. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products back.
5. We aim to process all returns within 10-15 days. If you have any questions about your return, please ask at support@gurujideal.in
6. All returns are subject to the discretion of GuruJi Deal
7. Orders which are pending for shipping can be canceled same day (24 hours) days from the date of placing the order. Once the order is canceled, the refund will be processed within 10-12 working days.

8.For Product Replacement cases, new product would be sent by GuruJi Deal once it receives the original product from the customer. This process would take around 10-15 working days.

9.For Refunds, Once the product is returned and delivered to GuruJi Deal it takes 10-15 working days to initiate the Refund to customer’s account .
